SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING INFORMATION
All teams must reserve practice times directly with the city and have a permit to be on the fields. Clearfield City will not allow games to be rescheduled for any reason other than a weather closure that is coordinated or dictated by them. If a game is cancelled for a non-weather related issue, there is no refund of fees. A new field use reservation must be made along with payment of $24.00 per hour, which is the responsibility of the home team.
This field is closed on the following days:
During the spring season, the field is closed until April 1st
During the fall season, the field is closed until August 1st

This field is available for use on the following weekly days and times:
Practices: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Games:
What to do in the case of unplayable weather, unplayable field conditions, or no referees:
Reschedules are allowed only from March 3 - March 16, 2018. Call the Clearfield Rain out Hotline at 801.525.2890 to check up on weather and the playability of fields. The hotline is updated Monday through Friday after 4:00 pm and Saturdays after 8:00 am.
Fields should be considered closed whether there is a note on the Rainout Hotline or not if the following exist. Failure to abide by these restrictions will cost $100.00 per incident payable by the individual team.
1) If standing water is present on any part of the field that cannot be removed without causing damage to the field
2) If there are muddy conditions present that will not dry by the start of the game
3) If, while walking on the field of play, any impressions of your steps are left in the surface
4) If, while walking on the field, water can be seen or heard with a step
5) If water gathers around the sole of a shoe or boot on any portion of the field
6) If it is raining or if lightning is present

Proof of insurance and a security deposit of $250.00 are due to the city by March 25th of each year. These informations are good for both the spring and fall seasons. L30 takes care of this for all teams.
No vaping or e-cigs are allowed at the field.
Clean up after your team and the away team - pack it in, pack it out. If city has to pick up after you, there will be a $250.00 fine per incident. Teams will be charged by L30 if this happens.
